Why Phinaikam Law Exists
Phinaikam Law was founded in Chiang Mai with a simple intention: to make estate and inheritance matters manageable for ordinary families. The practice grew from a recognition that legal processes in Thailand, while well-structured, can feel opaque and stressful for those encountering them for the first time.
Over time, we have worked with families from a wide range of backgrounds — some with straightforward estates, others facing more complex or disputed situations. In each case, our starting point is the same: take the time to understand the situation properly before suggesting anything.
We are a small practice by design. Keeping our team focused means each client receives direct attention from an experienced adviser, rather than being passed between departments. Files do not sit waiting; questions receive considered answers; updates arrive regularly without needing to be chased.
Our office is on Charoenrat Road in the Wat Ket neighbourhood, an area that has long been home to professional practices and family businesses in Chiang Mai. We welcome visits by appointment, and we are available by telephone or email for those who cannot come in person.
